Supermarketing is a B2B marketing blog created with the hope to bring a little of reality check into our busy, noisy, sometimes confusing (but hopefully fun) professional life in marketing or business in general.
During my career, a lot of people came to me with questions about marketing and what bothered me the most was when one would be overwhelmed (or ashamed even) that they cannot do everything the internet is telling them that they should do. Heck, I was one of those people too once, but time and experience taught me that there is something always better than applying all the marketing techniques known to Earth at once. That better thing is choosing a few RIGHT things and use them CORRECTLY and CONSISTENTLY. And when I say right, I mean those that are most suited for your goals and what you want to accomplish. That’s why, every time I will write about a marketing strategy or another, I will do my best to anchor it in the reality of what’s possible and what’s right for one’s objective.
Nobody knows EVERYTHING (shockingly, not even me!) but I feel that some honest sharing from actual experiences could make a difference for someone who is looking to learn things or need some help with their business or their job. Most of the ideas in the original articles are the result of my B2B marketing experience, but occasionally I also ask my marketer friends about their experiences and, with their permission, I share those too.
